Hotel Lombardia

Very clean, nice rooms. I loved the breakfast, the scrambled eggs were delicious. The communication with the staff was efficient. I needed a receipt for my university and they sent it to me super fast. Everyone there was very nice. P.S. - thanks for the water!

Uh, I really liked a lot of it. I have to admit that this is my second visit to Milan, in the previous visit I had a very bad experience with the apartment. But this time the Lombardia hotel as a choice was a hit! The staff, the reception staff and the super-friendly cystatics are excellent! The staff is ready to answer any question with very good instructions. The bed is very comfortable, even my partner, who has a lot of sleeping problems, was delighted with the comfort of the bed. The room is more than spacious, and the cleanliness is superb! Abundant breakfast, a large selection of food! The location is also very good, we found the hotel and parking very easily by car, and the metro is about a 10-minute walk away. All in all fantastic!

4 star hotel? This is a 2 star, the most. The worst part? The welcome at the reception, I think Orazio is far from polite and he should change is job because dealing with clients means having a supportive and welcoming behaviour. Terrible service
