Hotel Lomnica

Ms Petra at the reception who welcomed us was very friendly and eager to help with our questions. We were also offered a complimentary welcome drink. Staff at the hotel restaurant were lovely too (we only had breakfast). Our room was in the newer part of the hotel, it was small but functional. The spa/wellness area was clean and quiet, but perhaps this is because we stayed out of peak season. Overall we had a nice stay.

Wonderful hotel, exceptional service, great location, and exceptional breakfast. We also stayed at the Grand Hotel Keminski, which has an exceptional property, but we preferred Hotel Lomnica

Reception was horrible. Had to wait with luggage in reception for an hour. I had to take initiative several times to expedite check in. Beds were horribly hard. Spa was not quiet, since children were allowed to run around without control. Found hair in the food also in what It suppose to be a five star service restaurant. Water was spilled on one of the guest, and they even charged us for the bottle of water that was spilled. At check out we were not asked how our stay was not even a smile. I believe we were judged all the time and allocated service accordingly. Never again. Do not recommend. I would compare the rooms to a 3 star Marriott, but smaller.
