Hotel Lorelei

We stayed here on two occasions this week. Very conveniently located near Houston bus station and the military housing base. There’s plenty of parking in the hotel staff is very professional and the rooms are very clean. They have a convenient store right off the check-in desk with very reasonable prices and we had no problem using our credit card. the only surprise was the Hot Springs tax at every patron must pay when they check in so make sure you have at least ¥300 per person.

Located opp Huis Ten Bosch station. Walking distance to the theme park. There’s a restaurant at 1F. Price reasonable.

Was there during end of year 2019, got 2 main issue is bad service mind and old hotel. I reserved online from famous online dealer for non smoking room, but when i checked in I was assigned for smoking room which smells really bad in the room. I called from room to check anything been miss assigned or not, I also went to front desk to show my reservation but they reply back with very rude attitude which with the anger of "don't make us any trouble from these". Even I request for air purifier the answer was "we can't help, go and call the hotel dealer where you reserve to ask for help" I ever lived in Japan for a period and i know Japnese were very courtersy on manner and service this makes me very sad that Japan's service mind had been changed compare to last 2 years. The one which I talk was a young man, eyeglasses and with curly hair might be new generation so it doesnt mean everyone is the same, because the next day another guy brought me an air purify machine and air refresh spray with good attitude to say sorry, also will reclean the room again with more detail to lower down the smell. By the way, their tea pot was very dirty with alot of white stains which makes me doesn't wish to touch it at all, too bad forgot to take photo for evidence. Very unlucky trip there for 2 night, will not return to this hotel and this area anymore.
