Hotel Lorenzetti

Outstanding hotel! The attention to detail is terrific. Senora Lorenzetti goes above and beyond to make sure your holiday is the best it can be. The on call shuttle van was a pleasant surprise and would pick me up in Madonna or at the various Madonna ski lifts. The food was very good and I definitely would highly recommend this hotel and will return with friends. A must-attend event in March is the Hapsburg Carnivals Emperer's Ball.

We have been lucky to have chosen this charing hotel for our ski holiday, its location is quite convenient with ample parking and a prompt shuttle service to ferry us to and from the ski lifts as well as into town whenever we needed to go out. The staff are exceptionally warm and friendly, attending to every need we had. They really made us feel welcomed. The hotel SPA is an amazing addition to the services and we looked forward to relaxing after a day of skiing. I hope to come back here next year and enjoy the same experience. 10/10

Wonderful hotel run by the owner, who was present throughout our stay. Excellent, friendly staff (front desk, restaurant, bar, driver, cleaners!) at what is a beautiful, classic hotel. Food at the restaurant is some of the best in resort - super authentic Italian. We are returning next year!
