Good afternoon, there's an advisor for this apartment building named MIGUEL ARRIETA. He's a SCAMMER. He makes you deposit money to set aside the apartments as a deposit, and it gets lost. He never responds. Be very careful.
Spent 1 night there. Didn't even unpack. The while building is full of cockroachs, termites, mold and bedbugs
Upon arrival they told us that check-in was at 12 in the morning, after waiting 40 minutes, which turned into 4 hours, wasting our time. They told us to go up when they had not yet finished cleaning the apartment. They did not deliver toilet paper, sheets, soaps, or towels. We had to order them and they brought them to us a day later. If this had been in Spain, I would have filed a claim and taken it for consumption... I will not return or give it away. When making the reservation, they charged us 10,000 pesos for some rings without telling us when making the reservation. The photos of the rooms were totally different from reality
