In you arrive in the night. Call the number to get the code to get your room key. Beside that, location is peaceful ✌️, room is great 👍

We were lucky being here at low season and having a good deal via Booking. Looking at their official prices, to justify them, they desperately have to renovate their bathrooms and work on their service. Girl at reception doesn't speak English (or little?) and was in normal clothes ... 4* ... No complementary water, no fridge or water kettle... - 4* ... Otherwise quiet and clean. Haven't tried their breakfast (€12.50pp).

I could not caution anyone enough against this hotel. It is not what they have advertised in pictures AT ALL. Upon check in I had to wait about 15 minutes for someone to come to check me in, the person then showed up out of nowhere after I rang the bell on the front desk and front door multiple times. The pool is green, the grounds of the hotel are overgrown and again not what they have in the pictures. When I arrived the building looked abandoned. The spa isn’t available anymore I was told, so why is it listed on their own website. If I knew what type of property I was booking prior to arrival I wouldn’t have confirmed my Booking however the pictures they have posted on booking platforms and their website are false. Upon entering the room I found stains in the pillows, the toilet seat was dirty, hair on the floor from previous guests, moist wallpaper peeling off the walls. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe as a single Woman to be there. I was assigned room 22. The AC did not work. I booked through Agoda, contacted them to let them know the issues and they informed me they were unable to reach the hotel which was the same issue I had when I arrived and tried calling both their WhatsApp number and number listed on a business card at the front desk. I did this because ringing the bells to try and find the person to check me in wasn’t working. I went to the front desk after I checked in and let the employee know I was uncomfortable and the hotel does not match their own website or listing on Agoda and other booking platforms, they responded I’m sorry you feel that way can we do anything? They never offered me another room or solution. Honestly there isn’t a solution other than them being honest about the actual condition of the hotel. They are refusing to refund me my reservation. I drove over 4 hours from Braga to get there. At 7:40pm I booked and Air B and B and drove back 1 and a half hours to Lisbon because now I was unable to find accommodation nearby at that time. I work in hospitality and this is false advertising and poor customer service. They know their current state of the hotel doesn’t match their website that features pictures of cabanas by the pool, a serene spa, beautiful terrace, a nice restaurant which is all not truly how it looks. I will make sure travelers know exactly what they are getting. I feel cheated and deceived and I am a world traveler but being shown something that is not what it truly is, that’s fraud.
