Again , I would like to endorse Hotel Lovere for the confort also this year in July 2025 3 days of relax .I have been in the hotel from the 8th to the 12th of August 2024 , I found the location great all around lake Iseo , the parking for motorbike inside or outside great , the room tidy and clean each day , the restaurant top breakfast and dinner as well with the top view of the lake , the service over the standard. The hotel has a great a SPA area . Great few days of Vacation 2024 , thank you .
The hotel is in a great spot and is centrally located. The staff were super helpful and friendly. We ate in the restaurant attached to the hotel and found that convenient and enjoyable. And we enjoyed the free wellness voucher that comes with your booking! The hotel has bikes you can use to ride around but we ran out of time!
For the price, rooms are not worthy, sadly the rooms were very dusty and pillow had some yellow stains, the breakfast is a joke for the price and nothing fresh!, also, the “evening shift manager”gave me a room price and all the details that needed to be paid, and then the “morning manager” asked for more money to be able to check out, outrageous ???! Horrible customer service and experience! Sadly never again!
