One of the lovely touches we appreciated was the “welcome home” drink we received every time we returned to the hotel — a small gesture that made a big difference and truly made us feel cared for. Special shoutout to Zen, Tar, and Raymond, who made us feel right at home. Their service was consistently outstanding — super friendly, attentive, and always ready with thoughtful local recommendations. Every interaction felt personal and genuine. It’s rare to find hospitality this consistent and heartfelt. Highly recommended — we’ll definitely be back!

Hotel Loy was incredibly accommodating and hospitable — truly one of the main highlights of my trip. The room was spacious, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was central and convenient. We could easily walk to nearby cafes, and there were several 7-11s just around the corner. What made our stay even more special was meeting Zen, one of the hotel's staff member, who turned our visit into an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed — even served drinks every time we returned to the hotel. A genuine friendship quickly formed between Zen, the other staff, and my family. A special shoutout to Zen, for his exceptional warmth, kindness, professionalism and hospitality during our stay. Whether he was arranging private drivers, recommending delicious local eats, or simply chatting with us after a long day, he always went the extra mile. He truly deserves the world. I hope every guest at Hotel Loy gets the chance to meet him, treat him with the respect he deserves, and experience his warmth and sincerity. Getting to know him was truly a gift. We will visit again with our youngest and Daddy!

The staff were very nice and helpful, always welcoming with a smile. The room was comfortable and clean, and I really enjoyed the welcome drink upon arrival. The swimming pool has a great view – perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was yummy . The only small downside was that the soundproofing could be better, as I could sometimes hear noise from outside the room. But overall, it was a lovely experience and I’d definitely recommend staying here!
