Beautiful hotel in Skorder. Amazing room with big bathroom. The interior design of the room is wonderful. The staffs are friendly abd kind. The hotel is quite near to supermarket. Much easier to get some snakcs. We have our dinner and breakfast in this hotel. It's buffet style. The food and beverages are alright. All halal food

I had a very disturbing experience at this hotel. The receptionist barged into my daughter's room without knocking, which was completely unacceptable. My daughter was shocked and panicked, trembling from the sudden intrusion. She immediately came to my room, visibly distressed, to inform me about what had happened. What made things worse was that all her valuable belongings—jewelry and expensive items—were inside her room. The receptionist claimed she entered to check the electrical breaker, but I find it hard to believe. When I confronted her, she simply insisted that she had knocked, which was not true. This experience left us feeling unsafe and suspicious of the staff's intentions. It was a complete violation of privacy, and I can’t shake the feeling that she may have been attempting to steal from my daughter. Thankfully, I reacted quickly. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values their privacy and security. Management needs to take immediate action to ensure this never happens again.

The worst hotel experience that I ever had. The female receptionist barged into several rooms of which some of the guests were naked without knocking on the door. Furthermore the receptionist told the guest to step outside of the room and she locked herself in the room in the pretext of checking the electrical system. All the rooms were unable to lock and anyone can gain access to the room simply by turning the door handle. I believed she must have bypassed the security system and pretend to check the rooms with the intention of stealing from the guests. We called the manager in cherge to clarify the issues and she was replaced immediately. The rooms now are able to lock but the whole guests were very uneasy by the situation. For those coming to stay here, don't be fooled by the beauty of the hotel but very careful of the surroundings. Be safe, not sorry.
