Had a great stay here! The location is ideal and there is so many good restaurants in walkable distance. The cafe downstairs has some really fantastic coffee too. Room was cleaned thoroughly and reliably every day. The king size bed was very comfortable. 3rd floor park view with a balcony was lovely to sit there in the morning. Always saw friendly staff at the front desk that speak English and easy access to rooms, check in, and check out. I’m glad I did my research to find you. Thank you!
We had a great stay as part of a birthday trip with 18 people. Rosa in sales was fantastic and super helpful with blocking the space and helping us with the reservations for the group. This is great hotel for the location to be able to walk to cafes and restaurants and quick uber/taxi to shopping and museums. We felt super safe walking around the hotel and area as there were lots of restaurants open towards the street. Would 100% stay here again when visiting Mexico City.
Hotel service: Non compassionate to knowledge of my husband hitting his head on a beam on the way to the top Terrance for breakfast. There was NO caution strip on the first beam entering the restaurant. When we told the waiter there was NO apology or concern he quickly asked for the breakfast coupon. Breakfast - chilaquiles salsa was cold. Service was bad. Hotel room- decent size and nice decor.. we had the park view suite with balcony. Pillows were very flat. Bathroom smelled like sewer. The cafe at the lobby was so rude we were waiting for our Uber that was 5 mins away. We sat in the chairs outside closest to the curb. My husbands knee was hurting and the worker at the cafe with long hair told us too move. Did not let us explain. He said that the cafe is separate from the hotel but yet there’s no place to sit for people in need. He was with a pony tail. See photo of the chairs we sat on for 4-5 mins. Never again.
