Hotel Lucerna Ciudad Juarez

Excellent costumer service, very friendly staff, the bar is a bit expensive, spent like $300 USD in 4 beers (2X) 6 shots (Don Julio 70) but bartender service was good, location is great. The only reason not giving it 5 stars is because my kids found a used condom under the sofa in the room. Cleaning services need to do a more thorough service in cleaning the room. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome. Very relaxed stay overall!

Do not make reservation on line. They will take your money with no concern. We make ONE reservation for 3 rooms with 2 adults in each room. Unfortunately the days were some how changed during the process of reservation. Upon arriving to the hotel our reservations were not found, and this is when it was found out that the dates were wrong at that point fortunately they had rooms. We got them and asked them to cancel the other reservations which at this point, the receptionist said yes she would end of discussion we put our trust on the receptionist and the hotel, also got a cancellation notice through email. A month later I was charged for those days when I contacted the manager, she said there was nothing she can do and their policies stay clearly that I had 72 hours to cancel, I’m not arguing with policies. I understand why policies are made. When asked how in the world were the reservation split up when only one reservation was made for three rooms and suddenly the rooms were separate, no proper answer is giving by the manager Cecilia, I only am know that there will be no refund according to their policies. I stayed one night with no hot water but charged for 3 nights. You are better off calling because you can not trust their online services.

Don’t even waste your time or money in this place its not worth it Morning after even worse now they cant charge correctly just from bad to worse
