Hotel Lucia

I've been visiting Portland semi regularly since 2009. This is my new favorite hotel. What a vibe! Good safe parking garage across the street under the Union Bank building as well. Nice central location to travel to various locations around the PDX metro.

It's one of my favorites to stay at its got a arcade and a gym and the rooms are super clean plus the staff is so nice only thing I didn't like was there's no microwave in the rooms and also its incredibly hard to find parking. Other then that its fantastic, I definitely will be returning again soon!

A quirky and artistically decorated traditional hotel that has friendly and helpful staff. It’s situated just on the edge of Portland’s sketchiest areas, if you walk in one direction you get a fair sprinkling of homeless people; in the other you get nice coffee shops, an upmarket dept store and nice bars and restaurants. Unexpectedly the hotel doesn’t offer room servicing, we had to ask for fresh towels and, presumably would have had to ask for more tea and coffee pods/bags for the room. The internet was slow and inconsistent. These days a good internet service should be the standard in a good hotel. We found the staff to be very helpful. A plus was windows that open! If you need this it’s best to ask for a room facing the street, as those facing the internal space would suffer from the persistent sound of air conditioner fans. The bed was comfortable and the room clean.
