A wonderful hotel, very well situated in the center of town. Great views from the fourth floor, the breakfast buffet was great, and the hotel staff and service was top-notch. Will definitely come back again.
This hotel was one of my favorite things in Germany. Everyone was so kind and very patient with my significant language barrier 😋. From the beautiful historic streets of Dinklesbule to the wonderful breakfast prepared every morning, and only a couple blocks from the Christmas market. I love the excellent mix of the old and the new that is present all over Germany. You definitely get the taste of it at this hotel.
We stayed in Luisenhof. The room was clean and pretty new but located on the ground floor. You should avoid this as there is a lot of noise from the main door when other guests enter the building. Location is very good but be aware there are only few parking spots. Breakfast buffet in the main hotel was too small for the no of guests so it was very crowded and it took time for the staff to replenish the food so often there was only little food on the buffet plates. Staff was pretty nice and helpful
