Excellent hotel for visiting Paris. You can’t beat the location, as it’s in the heart of everything, all within walking distance. The room is a bit older, but it has charm and more importantly it was very clean. The hotel sits on quiet street, and the concierge and all the staff are super friendly and accommodating. They fulfilled the request for a balcony room and it was a perfect extra touch to the experience.
The Hotel Lumen was a perfect place to stay while in Paris! Central to everything, safe and a beautiful hotel. The team members at Hotel Lumen, specifically Chami, were wonderful and so helpful anytime we had questions or needed suggestions. Loved the rooms and amenities provided! It was my grandparents 30th wedding anniversary and they made sure to make the stay special! Also loved the espresso machines in each room!

The attention to detail and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The location is also fantastic—conveniently situated with easy access to the Lourve, river walk, and many great restaurants making it the perfect home base for exploring the area.
