Review: The Lungomare Residence was a first time experience for us, because it was the first time that we would stay in an apartment, while having the same service or treatment as an hotel guest. The receptionist was very helpful in handling our necessities before we entered our apartment. The apartment was very cozy, had enough space and rooms for us, they also had Wi-Fi and cable inside. 3 air condition units in the apartment and a nice bathroom. It was also hassle free, due to the fact that there would be an additional service of cleaning of our apartment too. The Breakfast and Dinner service has to be the most important of our stay. The waiters treated us with excellent service and took care of our problems. We were treated as if we were royalty. A huge shoutout to Emilio and Sandra for making our experience memorable. The Beach was organized well too, at first there were some misunderstanding, but in the end, the Manager Valentina really took care of us with regards to reserving our spot and services. The hotel is very organized and know how to handle their clients very well. All of the employees of the Lungomare establishment were polite and understanding. We would definitely come back there, Lungomare made Riccione a very good vacation for us.
If you have any other options and you stay with kids - you better choose hotels around. Rooms are not as new as expected and very small, the pool is across the road, be ready to clean the bathroom from water each time you are taking the shower. Poor breakfast for children. But the best restaurant around is right at your hotel on the roof. The conditioner does its best. Housekeeping makes your life easier few times a day.
Decent hotel, did the job, but... Very good location, on the seafront, close to the small marina which is surrounded by nice restaurants. The Settimo Piano terrace is very nice and has lovely views of the beach. The view from our ‘Deluxe’ sea view room was sadly mostly a row of trees, so you want to make sure you are on a high floor to see the sea. The room itself was of fair size but the bathroom was quite uncomfortably small.
