A wonderful hotel in a great location! The staff are exceptional with a special shout out to Aurora in the restaurant! The room was very clean and spacious, there was free parking and their breakfast buffet was exceptional... so many choices. This is our home away from home when we visit Udine.
Not the best location, but the staff and their attentive service and professionalism make this, probably, the best hotel in town! Very clean, great breakfast and with a small spa to help one unwind. Sadly the excellent restaurant was closed on my visit. Special shout out for Serena at reception! Thank you for the hospitality!
Dated rooms and hotel. I guess a 4 star because it has a pool but definitely a 3 star hotel. Bar and outside area for drinks lovely but rooms on a dark corridor, basic rooms but had all we needed. Pool nice but we needed to move beds outside. Restaurant closed most of August sadly for us. Bar food was reasonable, cocktails good, breakfast good selection. In an industrial area so no alternative restaurants. Front desk very helpful. All in all a mixed bag!!
