During my recent stay at Hotel M, I had the opportunity to thoroughly evaluate its various aspects. Let me provide you with a detailed review based on my experience. One of the most striking features of Hotel M was its beautiful location. Situated in a picturesque setting, the hotel offered stunning views that added to the overall charm of the stay. The surrounding landscape was truly captivating and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. Moving on to the dining experience, I must say that the food at Hotel M was absolutely delicious. The culinary team showcased their expertise by serving a wide variety of mouthwatering dishes. Each meal was a delightful experience, with flavors that tantalized the taste buds and left a lasting impression. The dining area itself was well-maintained and provided a pleasant ambiance for enjoying the meals. As for the rooms, they were decent and provided a comfortable space to unwind after a long day. The beds were cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the overall cleanliness was satisfactory. However, I did notice that some areas of the rooms could use a bit of attention in terms of maintenance. Minor issues such as worn-out furniture or outdated amenities were observed, which could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience. One area where Hotel M fell short was in the realm of room service. Unfortunately, the room service provided during my stay was not up to par. There were delays in fulfilling requests, and the staff seemed to lack attention to detail. This aspect was disappointing as prompt and efficient room service greatly contributes to a comfortable and satisfying stay. Another notable drawback was the staff's lack of proficiency in English. Communication became a challenge at times, making it difficult to convey specific needs or address concerns effectively. It would be beneficial for the hotel to invest in language training programs for their staff to improve the overall guest experience and ensure smooth communication. One aspect that surprised me was the hotel's policy of charging for water bottles. It seemed rather unusual for a hotel to charge for such a basic necessity. This additional cost for water bottles was unexpected and left a slightly negative impression, especially considering that most hotels provide complimentary water to their guests. In conclusion, Hotel M offers a beautiful location, delicious food, and decent rooms for guests to enjoy. However, improvements are needed in the area of room service and English language proficiency among the staff. Additionally, the hotel's practice of charging for water bottles may leave guests feeling dissatisfied. When I asked where the restroom was, a cleaning lady rudely questioned what I was even doing in the hallway and told me to leave. I also witnessed a loud argument between staff members, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. You can feel the tension between the employees, and that negative atmosphere clearly affects the guests as well. The biggest issue is the staff — disorganized, unprofessional, and often loud and disrespectful. There was constant noise and arguing, which is completely inappropriate for a hotel that should offer peace and quiet, especially given its location near the forest. The only positive thing I can mention is that the parking is free.

A housekeeper entered my room without knocking while I was naked and refused to leave when I asked her to do so several times. Housekeeping also entered my room with the do-not-disturb sign on my door and took items from my room without my consent. There was no interior lock on my door. I complained to the front desk and no changes were made. Do not stay here if you value your privacy and safety.
