Hotel M29

Just got back after a three day trip to Krakow, booked the hotel on LoveHoliday for a very fair price compare to the likes of Jet2 whom added a bit extra on it seemed. The location of the hotel was perfect, shops all around, bakerys and resturants, easy for getting picked up and dropped off to. The rooms were clean and modern, enough for a sort stay, but personally the beds are very firm but can allow for a nights sleep Every single one of the staff we met there were warm and welcoming and nothing being an issue. THey even went above and beyond to call us on the night we wanted dinner to warn that they were going to be busy and suggest if we want to eat to come earlier. We got there way before check-in but so we didnt waste a day they took our bag and by the time we came back they'd kindly put it in the room ready for us. The resturant in the hotel while lovely and throughly enjoyed has quite a minimalistic menu but the food we had was delicious. We didnt have breakfast here so can't comment. My only criticism is the music choice of the resturant, it gives classy vibes but they were playing a "club style" polish radio which dampened my opinion the smallest amount The cocktails menu was good, simple but enough choice to cater to the masses. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone on a trip to Krakow, fully worth the money.

I spent 4 nights at this hotel, and from the moment I stepped inside, it felt like home. The front desk staff couldn’t have been nicer; honestly, it feels like their management only hires the kindest people on the planet! My room exceeded all expectations: spacious, sparkling clean, and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but had everything you could need, and the rain head shower was a dream. Breakfast was very impressive, with a buffet plus four à la carte dishes to choose from. The portions were so huge, that we actually had to ask them to cut down just so we wouldn’t waste food! Zosia, our server, was incredibly accommodating, friendly, and professional every single day. Bottom line: I’m never staying anywhere else when I visit Kraków. This place has my heart forever!

We had a great stay here. The room was clean and well serviced. The customer service was excellent and the location was great for us. Air conditioning could have been better, but we didn't have any nights over 25 so was on the cusp of what was comfortable.
