Location was excellent. The rooms are big & bright, large tv, kettle, comfy bed, spacious balcony and really powerful shower with a choice of two heads. The breakfast had a good choice of food and plenty of tables to sit at. The lifts are fast and there are five of them, one of which shows you the city and sea as it rises. The staff on reception are lovely they really know about Benidorm and they are so helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and kept to a very high standard. I will be back.
Table service in Planta20 open to public, Views are amazing day or sunset 🌇 never stayed in the rooms as we just visited for the bar and view , least it never cost 5 euro like the primavera
Food is poor! The renoveded rooms are fine. Super nice view from the roof top bar. Would come back, but only to sleep.
