Hotel Mademoiselle

Impeccable stay. I don’t often give 5-star reviews but this hotel and its staff deserve it. What stood out was the excellent service. I was helped by Rodrigo when I walked in and he really cared about meeting my customer needs. I checked in early and they stored my luggage and took it up to the room. The room was well designed, had plenty of outdoor and indoor light and the air conditioning was great. Excellent breakfast with coffee, fruit, eggs and delicious breads. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a diverse neighborhood near the train stations.

Located within a few minutes of Gare du Nord. Perfect location to travel around Paris. Stayed here 4 nights. Very comfortable room. Slightly smaller than imagined but very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Hot and cold offerings. Morning staff in the kitchen area very friendly and welcoming as with all the staff we met. We had to pay a tourist city tax per person per night which we were not aware of beforehand but it was explained to us on arrival. Would recommend this hotel as it's very nice and the location is perfect. We walked to the louvre museum, galleries lafayette and sacre couer. Only used the meteo when visiting Eiffel tower.

I would never stay in this hotel again to be honest. It did not start well, the staff asked for my credit card that i booked with. Without me seeing it he took the card and photocopied it and after that it was sent with email to the Reception. Basically a very basic hacker could pretty much with out much effort get all credit cards for guest checking into this hotel. I booked this hotel because the mentioned free sauna. Once I went there early morning, I was kicked out of the sauna as the staff said they had private guest gonna use the sauna. Then the Parking as far from being next door. Room, was very small. But the standard of everything was good there though. Bottom line if you choose to stay there, do not give them your credit card up on a arrival.
