Hotel Madin

Food was surprisingly good, even the international items. Service is exceptional. Rooms were also great but wifi was a little choppy. Other than that we had a great stay.

The experience was an absolute blast, rooms were best and the food was a delight. One point that needs to be pointed out is the behavior of that one employee, that Mishra in Jaw Restaurant He is so arrogant and mis-behaved, that it seems like he's being forced to work, him alone defames the hotel very much, highly advisable to the concern team to take care of this matter, that's why a three star in service. Else it is the best hotel to stay in Banaras

We stayed at Madin for three nights with expectations aligned to a 5-star hotel experience. Unfortunately, our stay fell short, particularly in terms of the food quality and hospitality at the café. The buffet breakfast included with the room was disappointing — it lacked variety, presentation, and overall quality. The bakery items were underwhelming, and the spread did not reflect the standards expected of a premium breakfast offering. Moreover, the staff appeared untrained and ill-equipped to cater to guests accustomed to high-end service. I would strongly recommend that management undertake a comprehensive review of the breakfast menu and its presentation. Additionally, investing in staff training would greatly enhance the overall guest experience and better align with the expectations of elite clientele. Thank you.
