Superb location! The room was comfortable and spacious. Our balcony had a nice view of the Gran Vía too.
Perfectly located, room spacious and comfortable, the only thing to keep in mind is the air conditioner is controlled by the hotel, not by the guest, it was very uncomfortable to sleep in a warm room. The front desk staff tried to accommodate us, changed our room, and didn't improve much. They suggested a fan, which we accepted, making it more bearable to sleep. Otherwise, it'd have been perfect.
Apr25. Three nights business trip. Rooms of good quality. Breakfast buffet was great choice and good quality. As with most hotels in the city centre, external noise, even at the back of the hotel, can be a bit intrusive. Will stay again.
