Hotel Magenta Jaipur

I had the worst experience staying at this hotel. The property is under maintenance, yet they are still taking bookings without informing guests. The lift was not working during my stay, making it extremely inconvenient, especially for families and elderly people. The swimming pool has been closed for about a month and is filled with garbage – very unhygienic and unpleasant to look at. The food quality was very poor and disappointing. Even the basic amenities were not functional – the room phone was not working, making it impossible to call for service. To add to the inconvenience, there is no proper parking facility available. Overall, I would not recommend Hotel Magenta to anyone. The management should focus on completing maintenance and providing at least the basic services before charging customers. Definitely not worth the money.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The swimming pool has been under maintenance for over a month, which was not mentioned at the time of booking. There was no hot water available during my stay, and the lift was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The service was extremely poor. I had to call multiple times just to get drinking water, and it took more than three hours before it was finally provided. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. In my opinion, it's a waste of money.

We went to this hotel 2 days ago we have such a ridiculous experience, lift was not working, staff was not cooperative, not kept bottles in room also when we told them to put but then also they sent bottle after 2 hours, phone was not working,tv was not working, ac cooling was not ther, we also reqest to pack breakfast but they did not gave us we reminder 5 times but did not gave and there wifi was also not workin from morning we were trying and gone to reception 10 times for wifi at last in night 11 i got correct password. Worst experience think 5 times to stay in this type of hotel. Also they were not apologizing for there service and inconvenience. Not towels in room no hot water in washroom. At night from 11 their staff and customer's were fighting till 3 am at night such a worst hotel i have seen in my life.
