We have had a lovely holiday here at the Magic Games Hotel. Both myself and my son are coeliac and we have had the most amazing food whilst we've been here. The chefs and staff have been so good with us. Marivi and Rizki have been super attentive and helpful, chefs Miguel, German and Rosio have been amazing! Unfortunately there are no gluten free snacks available between meals but all the staff are lovely and very understanding of our dietary requirements.

Rooms are standard but clean. They are working on the resort but theres a splash park our kids loved with slides and pools. The hotel advertises that both English and Spanish are spoken, but in reality, very few staff members speak any English, including most receptionists. This made communication extremely difficult, especially during check-in and when asking for basic services or assistance. While the hotel itself may be decent in other aspects, it’s important to be aware that if you don’t speak Spanish, you may face significant challenges during your stay. Big thanks to the night shift receptionists and to Oussama, the afternoon bartender, for your help and for clearly explaining how the resort, glass, and towel vouchers work and answering our questions. We really appreciated your support!

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, starting with the fact that the staff didn’t speak English which is unacceptable for a place aimed at tourists. When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t understand us. The room was extremely small (I should have paid more attention to that when making my reservation), the breakfast had no variety of fruits, and the bread was cold and hard. My main reason for booking this hotel was the promise of attractions for children. However, when I arrived, I was surprised to find that nearly half of those attractions were closed. The water park, playground, and kids’ area didn’t even have an outdoor space to keep my two children entertained. I had to look for things to do on my own. If I hadn’t rented a car, this experience would have been even worse. It’s not about the off-season today is May 27, and people are already starting to travel. They should consider the month of May and LIST WHICH ATTRACTIONS ARE CLOSED on their website (and booking platforms). Don’t waste your time and money on this place.
