The hotel is very well positioned in the town center next to the river Vah and very close to Colonnaded bridge (Kolonadovy most). Parking in front of the hotel is not guaranteed although I was lucky to get one but their website clearly says so. However I was a bit disappointed that only the inside pool was included the price but the sauna and whirlpool are not and I would expect that in 4 star hotel and it also is not clear on their website. On the other hand you have some discount (at the time of writing 10%) for Thai massages which are just outside of the hotel - ask reception. Rooms and food are described below. So overall nice hotel but with a bit of update and also including all welness features into the price would be nice and then it would be definitely worth 4 stars.
Overall great experience. Service, food and hotel generally is very good with a good location. Our room had a view of the river. Parking is not for free and there are limited spots available. Hotel does recommend parking locations but all are paid. Otherwise, the hotel is worth the visit.
Definitely 4 stars in Slovakia are different from other parts or Europe. This for me would be closer to a 3 stars. Rooms outdated but still clean. Every room has a balcony which is nice. Great staff, at least in the reception everyone was great. Good location, close to everything interesting in the area.
