This serene and tranquil hotel offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. The kaiseki meals are both sumptuous and satisfying, beautifully presented with attention to detail. We were thoughtfully assisted by an English-speaking staff member, which made the experience even more enjoyable. If you have the time and access to a car, this hotel is definitely worth a visit.

Recommend, recommend, recommend! Absolutely a wonderful place which totally worth the price. A hidden gem after driving a long time in the mountains gives us one of the best hospitality experiences worldwide. Staff are just simply amazing people who smiles heartily and explains things point by point. They helped with luggage, shows us the room, served meals, and took photos - they were just all around us helping out. The private bath on the rooftop is so enjoyable. And the food is also very very tasty. Thumbs up to the crab and the milk sold on the rooftop. I wish I could come back again T T 远上寒山石径斜，白云生处有人家，美食美景泡温泉，心甘情愿把钱花。绝对推荐！

Amazing hotel. Service, food and private onsen were amazing. Great view of Mt Fuji. Great location on the peninsula. Loved walking around area and in the bay. Beautiful.
