Hotel Maiensee

On the way home from a wonderful holiday made possible by hotel Maiensee. We had a group of 6 people and had a room in a building that is separate from the main building, this is about 7 minutes a small walk up which is fine. At check-in we were immediately helped neatly and could even enter our room (we arrived at 09:00 in the morning). The service of the hotel is super. The service is very friendly and very neat, also clean the tables very quickly. The breakfast buffet is great with fresh products and there is something for everyone. We also had dinner during our stay, there was a changing menu every day with different options to choose from. Original and in my opinion also classic Austrian dishes. The location of the hotel is very good because it is on the slopes and next to the ski lift. We did not use the spa. There was ample parking at the hotel, also for a Volkswagen Transporter bus.

Heaven on earth! I cannot say enough about this hotel and the wonderful family that runs it! Starting from the breakfast buffet, which was abundant fresh and delicious to the afternoon tea ( really a late lunch with soup and meat and sweets every day) to the incredible dinners - we were thrilled with the food. The dining staff is SO friendly and helpful. Made it feel like a party every night. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The views from the rooms are incredible. The sauna and steam add a welcome treat post ski. Great massage too! The skiing was incredible! Highly recommend a stay.

We’ve just returned home from a wonderful stay at the Maiensee Hotel in St. Christoph. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival, to the amazing service from every staff member - whether at the front desk, the burger bar, or the main restaurant - everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was absolutely delicious, and travelling with three kids was made so easy with the ski school located just across the road. Everything was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better family experience.
