Hotel Malibu

It was a satisfying experience being at Malibú Hotel. First of all, staff were completely friendly and kind. Rooms were clean all time with necessary amenities. Beds are soft so you have deep sleep with no noisy. Rooms are well equiped. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I had some issues trying the elevator, however it doesn't make any difference. Buffet breakfast is delicious. Complete and delicious buffet in a good-looking restaurant. I felt completely comfortable and satisfied with staff service. Finally, swimming pool is excellent. Semi Olympic swimming pool has a nice view, clean water and grass in the surroundings. It was an excellent stay in Guadalajara. I'd complain about key cards, since as we were 4 in our rooms, we were given only one key card to enter the room.

I booked this hotel on the recommendation of my friend because it's close to where she lives. Checking in was fast and easy and they speak English. The only complaint I have is that when I turn on the faucet the water came out was brown color. Luckily there was 2 bottles of water so I used that to brush my teeth. Everything else was good. It looks like the parking lot has good security.

If you don't mind not getting a rest this is the hotel for you! There's a bar/club near by and you can hear everything! I asked if they can switch me rooms since I didn't sleep the whole night and they said that was supposedly the farthest room so for a whole week I didn't get a good night sleep. When you flush the toilet it's also really loud. Besides the mall nothing else is close by. The buffet was not worth paying for the food wasn't good at all. The pool had mold and the rooms aren't that clean either. Oh and to top it off we got stuck in the elevator the lights went off and everything 🙃. I wouldn't go back here if they paid me too. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TRUST ME.
