The gentleman at the front desk, I believe his name is Michael, is so kind and accommodating. He was helpful with tourism ideas and where to eat. The hospitality here is exceptional! They truly care about their visitors. Also, this is a gorgeous hotel. The rooms are bright and very clean. I wish I was in Rome longer, I’ll be back! 12/10
The hotel is small but amazingly cozy and clean, once you get to the room it's very clean with adequate toiletries, and they pay attention to the details. The staff are kind especially Adel at the reception he was super helpful, he gave me amazing suggestions about restaurants and places to visit. The location of the hotel is convenient and is a walking distance from most of must-see touristic attractions. This trip wasn't planned ahead of time so I had to book my stay in the very last minute at hotel Mancino 12. There was a problem with my booking that I booked a different date, I've sent an email to the property and they were very responsive and helped with changing the booking only two days before my trip. Next time I visit Rome I am definitely staying at the same place. One bad thing about the place, the pillows are not very comfortable, I didn't ask to change them, maybe I had to and I am sure they will provide me with better ones.
This hotel is in a good location but is down a back lane. The hotel is quaint. Rooms are small but the bathroom is a good size. There is no view out the windows. The bed is very hard making the first few nights sleep difficult. The pillow are firm. There is no coffee in the room and no irons allowed in Rome. All you will get is one bottle of water for your stay. Also they add a 15 euro tip/day to the bill without asking. All in all not bad. I would not recommend staying at a hotel which adds a tip without clearly explaining it.
