Hotel Manos Premier

After our horrible experience at Hotel Jam, we booked four nights here instead. It was the most amazing experience! Everyone was so kind and attentive, it was clean, beautifully decorated, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the wifi was amazing. While we had a rough start to our trip because of Hotel Jam, this hotel made up for it and we had the best trip ever.

My personal experience from the beginning really kind service at the Reception desk and then rooms, which are clean and neat, with lot of space. It is quite and comfortable for a good sleep. My revelation, being a person connected to Customer Service, was the way of the service done in the Restaurant for the dinner, from approach, communication, manners, talking about food and showing interest (decent couriosity) for the Customer, up to really tasteful dinner, great for all the senses. Kudos for you, Sergio and Despino! Really well done and I hope your Manger shall see this and award you accordingly, since you are the shining stars in the hotel! Clean, efficient and located on the main road within walking distances to major brands, it is a relaxing homely hotel worth visiting. The WiFi is excellent and the conference room is just perfect, quiet and functional. Highly recommended.
