Hotel Mansión del Conde Adults Only

The hotel and service were fantastic. Literally the only complaint I have was that there weren’t enough outlets next to the bed. We had to unplug something to plug our phones in. Otherwise the drinks and food were great, the staff was extremely polite and the hotel is gorgeous. I believe her name was Jacki- but the lady at the front desk is an angel. Despite a language barrier, she was a HUGE help in finding us a taxi to Mexico City at 7am to catch a flight when we were in a bit of a bind. I couldn’t thank her enough!

1st time staying at this colonial but stylish hotel. Worth every penny, expectations were surpassed. Special thanks to staff, they were so nice and always making sure you were comfortable and to assist you with anything. Their restaurant food was delicious, amenities superb, and great location. The hotel is ok. Definitely price is way to high for what it is. The rooms are simple with one window to a court yard. The dirty rag by the bed is simply gross. The beds are very uncomfortable, they put a lot of pillows on the bed and none is comfortable enough to sleep on. The junior suite was nice size, the water gets hot fast and has great presdure. We had jacuzzi bath in the big size bathroom. TV doesn't offer any channels in English, no Netflix or any other premiumchannels( not complaining, just for information only) They advertise pool, which is silly. The " pool" 1 foot deep with cold water. Jacuzzi next to it filled half way with cold water too. On the top restaurant tables stand right next to it, so when you are in the pool you feel like people expect you to perform some synchronized swimming, because all of them staring at you while they eat. The terrace has beautiful views! The free breakfast wasn't good. I had sunny side up eggs with bacon. Ask for no beans, because I am allergic. The dish came with beans all over eggs and bacon. The eggs and bacon were crazily oversalted. Not just a bit, but to the point I couldn't eat it at all. They also came to the table with pastries asking which one do we want. We got 2 small muffins. On the end of free breakfast they asked us to pay $3.5 usd for small muffins. No one ever told us they were extra. It's not about money, its about trying to trick you. Leave the bad taste in your mouth. The parking from narrow street into super narrow door. Better be a great driver to park there.
