Beautiful hotel, however a few minutes after we arrived power went off and we had to use the stairs to go to our rooms(5th and 6th floor). The fridge in our room wasn't working, we called a few times they kept on promising to come look at it but no one did. Besides the lows that we experienced we enjoyed our stay.
The room and especially the bathroom were huge and relatively clean. However, the key cards practically never worked and had to be constantly replaced. The restaurant had already closed very early and the packed lunch we ordered consisted of two slices of dry toast, a slice of cheese and a small piece of cake. 2 stars.
I don't respect the fact they cancelled my booking on booking.com after I stayed just not to put my review there , in 3 days I changed 3 rooms very bad hotel in terms of deteriorating rooms and.dirtiness, poor breakfast, staff are nice but they can't do much as the hotel is really old and deteriorating, on top they tried to shut me up on booking.com which I don't respect at all
