Cleanliness is good, the size of the rooms is also good, the only downside are the mattresses because they are old style of mattresses and not very comfortable for a 4 start hotel. Also, there were no shaving kits available.
We had a reservation for the olympics, they put me in a woman colleague. I try to talk to them about the situation. I asked them to solve it. Their response was " How could I know your gender from your names"
I do not recommend this hotel in any way, neither from the point of view of service nor from the point of view of punctuality. The management is very weak, the bosses are not serious, they promise one thing and do another. someone went to work as a waiter, he was promised the sum of 400 RON and after about 15 hours of continuous and non-stop work in a ballroom with 80 people by himself he only received 250 RON at the end which is very little regardless of experience.
