Second hotel in sofia i stayed in and I liked it much better. Great location, and private. The only complaint is that l asked for a place to keep my bags when I checked out since my flight was later and they just left them at the front desk, and did not tell me there was a locker room which I would have felt safer with. I came back to get my bags and didn’t see anyone and just my bags were out. I know there is an access code to get into the hotel but still felt iffy about it. other than that, stay was great. Water got all over bathroom floor for shower but it was clean. great value for money

Had a lovely stay here. I was in a suite on the third floor which was very comfortable and spacious. I didn’t need much interaction with the staff but when I did they were very friendly and helpful. Location is great. Right by the metro and everything in central Sofia. Complementary coffee available in the morning which is a nice touch. I read some reviews saying the area may not be safe at night but I was out for a stroll every night with no problems at all. I would stay here again.

The so-called hotel where I experienced the most ridiculous slander I've ever seen in my life. I walked in through the hotel door. There was no one at the reception desk, so I looked around and called out, then a bearded, sullen, disgusting, and nervous man came from outside. As a tourist, I maintained my courtesy and asked for a room. He said the price was high. I showed him the price on hotel booking websites. He behaved rudely and in an incomprehensible English, acting ridiculously. Then he asked me how I got into the hotel. I was surprised and couldn't understand. I said I entered through the door. The door was locked, and he asked another ridiculous question. Believe me, I didn't know what to say. He even intended to break my fast with me. I said, "Look at the camera footage, you'll see how I got in." He said, "Yes, I will." This place is beyond ridiculous. People come to your country as guests. Treating them rudely will only harm you. I will post this comment on every platform. You displayed mafia-like behavior there. You know very well that I'm a foreigner and I can't do anything.. I hope you do it when you come to Türkiye.
