We had a fantastic stay with a group of 16 participants. It's perfect for seminars and family visits. The hotel is spacious, has a great atmosphere, superb food, a beautiful spa area, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I look forward to a visit with my family, go hiking in the area and relax in pool in the afternoon.

Gorgeous villa hotel in a beautiful hilly location. Well maintained wellness and conference hotel. The rooms are a bit outdated but clean. The food is excellent and the service is fantastic. There are plenty different size of meeting rooms. Lots of parking places around the building.

Pretty disappointing experience. A beautiful building that hosts a once great hotel, presently living only from its memory. You can literally feel the struggle. Rooms are dated, not very clean, missing a fridge or minibar and lacking room service. Breakfast and dinner are served in something that looks like an old ballroom, a great room, but not vented. Breakfast was very good and the service was ok. But dinner was a catastrophe. Firstly because we booked half-board and were not informed that, depending on the number of guests, some evenings they serve a la carte, and secondly because the service is horrific. We were under the impression we were in a movie or on hidden camera. The waiters seemed to do it like a part-time job, they did not understand simple requests and kept blaming the chef for everything. The food was mediocre, undercooked and caused us just nerves. The receptionist/manager seemed very tired and overworked. Spa facilities ok but not great. The things that shocked me are that I see some people complained about the dinner-service for months now, also here and on booking, but no action was taken. And secondly most of the reviews are very good. We are frequent travellers and this is probably the worst hotel we stayed in for years. How can it get “excellent” rewievs?! In conclusion, not a 4* star hotel and overcharging for selling illusions. Hopefully our opinion is taken into consideration for those thinking about reserving here and they DON’T.
