Hotel Marigold Jaipur

This well-established hotel boasts all the amenities as advertised. Although there’s no buffet, the food is really good, and the prices are reasonable. Good location for us beacause it is just 3km from MG Hospital. Once we enter this hotel we get the confidence that it is a brand Overall a very good experience

We stayed here for one day and were hopeful that it’s a 4 star property, so things would work like that. To be honest it’s no where 4 star property. Can say 3. The breakfast buffet had options which matches to a 3 star property only. Rooms were neat and clean, average in size. The staff at front desk is quite careless and inattentive as they didnt answer my queries making me wait which was really bad. Location is far from jaipur city. Takes 45min to reach centre of city. Pool is there ok top floor which looked clean though we didn’t use it. Food was average in taste and they denied to cook food for my infant during breakfast.

My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone. The biggest issue was the behavior and dishonesty of the night staff, especially the manager on duty. When we inquired about booking a room that was showing at a lower price online, the manager deliberately manipulated the rates right in front of us. He kept typing something on the computer, and suddenly the room prices increased. It was very clear that this was done intentionally to charge us more. This kind of trickery is unacceptable and unethical. On top of that, the night staff was rude and unprofessional. Their behavior lacked basic courtesy and hospitality, making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Important advice: If you must stay at this hotel, make sure to book your room online in advance. Do not walk in expecting the same online rates — they will likely raise the prices on the spot. Very disappointed with the service, management, and lack of transparency. Not worth the hassle.
