Our room was a little tired and dated but to be fair they are in the middle of upgrading them. However, breakfast gave a wide range of options for even the fussiest of people. The service could not be faulted . Amelia was amazing and quite frankly made my holiday. Our daily chats were something I looked forward to. The other stuff were very friendly and helpful . Honestly I couldn’t fault them. Xx
This hotel is located on the marina in Ponta Delgada. The rooms were very nice. The staff was wonderful. They have an indoor pool, hot tub, and outdoor pool. A wide variety of breakfast choices is included. I visited the spa for one of the best massages ever. The bar was nice, and they also had some entertainment in the evenings
The fan of the bathroom wasn't working. Asked twice to fix it and nothing happened. After this our pijamas were put like this by the room service. The glass wasn't changed as you can see from the pictures. Let me know if you think this is a normal customer service done by a 4 star hotel!
