Hotel Marina

Nice hotel, felt clean and fresh. The reviews about uncleanlyness must be old news. Very near a bath beach with very nice sea view. Good car parking. Near the Vedbæk railway station.

Service great. Food tasted great. Hotel is clean, but the whole place really really needs a renovation. The furniture and appliances are old and shabby. It's a beautiful building otherwise, but needs to be modernized (and just generally renovated).

Old, dirty, dilapidated hotel I stayed for 2 nights for a business trip. Whilst the reception seems modern, the rooms are old, bathrooms are dirty and dated, and the electrical wiring in the room is poor. The toilet roll holder is continually falling from the wall, around the toilet area is filthy with dirt that looks like it has never been cleaned. The extractor fan doesn’t work, most probably because it’s filled with dirt and dust. The wifi is terrible in the room. I can barely load a webpage, let alone work from the hotel. Furthermore I went to get into bed, and the only way to turn the ceiling light off is to turn all power off in the room…. Including the bed side lamp and wall sockets! Unbelievable. When addressing this with reception at 22.30, I was told they were aware of the issue, but they haven’t done anything about it. I then exchanged with a colleague the next day, and he mentioned he had the exact same issue with the hotel several months ago… it seems as though they do not care about customer feedback and improving guest experience. Finally, the breakfast was very poor and not worth the money. Very disappointing. I would not recommend to stay here, and I will not be staying again.
