Nice place. Excellent river view. I can only point out that receptionist weren't warm nor welcoming at all. Not sure if they all were upset those days but sure I had better experience at other hotels. All the rest was tremendous. Clean. Organized. Roomy. My worst hotel experience ever ! While we have been to the pool for 1,5 hours, my wallet was taken from my pants that have been inside the room. The manager said he will clarify the situation and call me back, but that never happened. I definitely don`t recommend this hotel.
The hotel would not let me pay in US dollars (to avoid paying purchase tax,IVA), which had been advertised by booking.com. . They blamed their payments system for not accepting my Mastercard. I paid in Pesos eventually, which included the IVA (@20%). Give them a miss if you wish to settle the bill in US dollars.
