Hotel Marlene

Best hotel. Rooms are big, comfortable and the service is super nice and smiling. Yes, they are not the fastest and mixed up one order, but I don't care. I came there to relax and not to stress about garlic soup. The food is great, nicely plated, and drinks are cheap. Jaccuzi is very warm and sorroundings are wonderful.

Our stay was amazing in every inch. Highly recommend and the staff is super friendly.

Bad experience. 1) I can't even find the words to explain how noisy this place is. If you expect to rest, forget it. Constantly hearing loud footsteps, voices, even snoring from the room above. Rooms are made out of wood and there's always something cracking, banging. 2) We didn't have water for 4 days. 3) Pool was useless since the water was so cold. 4) Breakfast ends up at 10 o'clock, but the food is already gone at 9 and they don't fill it up. They don't fill up boiling water, honey, juice. You need to ask them and then they will give it to you instead to put it out for everyone. 5) When we arrived, they didn't have a room to give us although we had reserved and paid everything. They admitted it was their mistake and offered us rooms for four days instead of five we paid for. 6) It's extremely hot at the restaurant, kids are constantly screaming and running. 7) Maids come to your room without even knocking, I was sleeping when she entered in and started talking on a language I don't understand. She moved the chair and left. I was in shock.
