Hotel Maspalomas Princess All Inclusive

We've had the best holiday and I honestly don't know where to start. The private taxi was prompt and prepared for us & our toddler. Our room was upgraded (beautiful refurbished prestige suite). Pool towels provided, WiFi was everywhere and really good! There was always someone cleaning, the hotel was immaculate! The pools were beautiful, staff were so friendly and caring. The restaurant service was on a new level, so efficient, attentive and always ready to help if it was required. Empty plates cleared immediately. Good food choices in the main restaurant, Italian and Thai restaurants within the hotel complex, snack bars, drink bars. Entertainment for kids was great (starts at 8.15 so we had to amend our toddlers naps so she could stay up!). Outstanding hotel with everything we could of ever wished for. A huge thank you and we will definitely be returning.

The service was really amazing, the reception communicates well in English and all of them were very helpful in sorting out problems, or helping with public transport queries. We had no issue checking in our out. The food was all inclusive with beer, and wines. A great choice and variety (I was surprised to see honey in the comb) served during breakfast along with yogurt. The food from snack hut by the pool also had a great selection of food and fresh fruits. The place is very clean and the beds are comfortable and AC also decent. The shower is not as powerful as one hopes but sufficient. The facility is good and but I felt they could have done a little bit more with entertainment. We had a great show (tribute to singing band Queen) and wish there is more like performance other than singing or karaoke. 5 stars overall for a weeks stay

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall. The food and drinks were very good, with a nice variety and quality throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed being able to dine at the Japanese and Italian restaurants – both offered delicious meals and added something special to the experience. The hotel grounds were beautiful, and the swimming pools were a real highlight – very well maintained and visually stunning. However, we stayed in a standard room which was quite dated and definitely in need of renovation. The bed creaked a lot, the floor was damaged in several places, and the bathroom showed significant wear. The bathtub had been replaced with a shower, and the sealant around the edges was missing or moldy. It really needs an upgrade to match the rest of the hotel’s quality. Despite the room issues, the overall hotel was nice and we still enjoyed our time there. With some improvements to the standard rooms, this could easily be a top-tier stay.
