Hotel Matschner

We had a great stay for seven days. The hotel has recently been renovated and is in really good shape. The rooms were very spacious and well set up. There’s a direct connect tunnel to the local swimming pool, which is a lot of fun to go to after a day of hiking. The food was very good, although I have teenage boys and so I think they would’ve rather just had pizza. However, there’s a lot of time and effort put into the menu. You have to pay for drinks, but that’s to be expected if you’re going on vacation. You should expect to spend some money. The service is five out of five stars. Excellent service I can’t say enough good things about the service staff. Very professional very well done. The owners are very nice and go out of their way to talk to you and give advice on the local area. Hiking is top-notch. Some of the best hikes that we’ve done as a family. Plus there’s many other things to do. I definitely recommend Hotel Matschner!

Best hotel ever!! They predict and take care of every detail to make guests feel welcome and comfortable

A good hotel for people seeking mountain activities auch as hiking or climbing. The location is optimal and also has a view of the ski jumping ramp across from the hotel. Clean rooms and good staff. Free access to the public swimming pool is standard with a room and dogs are also allowed.
