Famous stay from long time. Needs renovation which is going on. Needs to upgrade to many new ones which give more.
Bad seating, no comfort, and the quality of food was average. V ordered Gobi fry and after 30 min they said the kitchen is closed and no Gobi and no more order. Generally, the waiter with come over and ask for the last order b4 closing the kitchen but they just came up and said we're closed. N then they started pushing us to finish our dining n leave as there some police check. They should at least tell us all these 15-20 min prior. A couple of guys got into a heated argument on the same matter. Very unprofessional. Washroom was as filthy. Dirty, urinal pipe broken and piss flowing on floor. Pathetic it was. Never again.
Our companys first annual business conference was held today at hotel maurya .... We had decided nd paid for a conference room 15days bef well in advance but to our shock we were given a resturant converted into conference room without prior information very very unfair to do this from the hotel management side... Snacks given for which we paid was not good nd was raw ..... A very BAD EXPERIENCE.... the good conference room was gvn to some one else without informing us. . non AC conference room gvn to us totally cramped nd cld not accomodate 50nos ... We paid for AC conference room nd no reimbursement.... Totally a bad experience will never recommend to any one in future .
