One of the ladies(i think her name is Maia) on the reception was very kind, friendly and she helped us answering on all our questions and requests. There is another lady working on the bar, very smiley and kind as well. She will make you a very good Aperol Spritz. The pool is a very nice option after beach and it was clean and not overcrowded. But...the hotel gives towels for the pool- they almost never (for 7 days we got them once) had enough. The breakfast is super cheap- they put some typical food, but looks like it's frozen, not fresh from the bakery; the coffee isn't good and they don't have enough choice for people who are not from the country. The room was cleaned every day but there were stains on the floor that were hidden under the table. The bathroom looks clean but when you go to take a shower and close the doors you will find mold and dirty black spots.
