Hotel Mayfair

The staff were so lovely and helpful. Your breakfast was amazing and one of the best assortments we have ever seen. Our bed was lovely and comfortable but we found our bathroom was a little on the small side. Would have been nice to have had a little fridge in our room as my husband has glaucoma so his eye drops need to be kept cold everyday. Disappointing that we didn’t get house keeping unless we requested it but over all we had a lovely pleasant stay very close to all attractions

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The natural light pouring in through the windows creates a warm, inviting atmosphere, blending the crispness of pre-summer air with gentle sunlight—truly a perfect ambiance. The rooms are thoughtfully equipped, including a complimentary coffee maker, which adds a comforting touch to the mornings. Everything was spotless, from the clean shakers to the high-quality shower gel provided. Overall, the attention to detail and the serene setting made this stay truly memorable.

I stayed for a week in a suite at Mayfair Hotel. The design is beautiful, clean, and well oraganized. The suite was spacious with stylish decor, a comfortable bed, a bathtub, and a coffee machine. I tried the breakfast buffet once — it was varied and delicious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, housekeeping is only available on request (a day in advance), and even then, they were inconsistent. Sometimes they came, sometimes they didn’t. Cleaning was minimal — bed and towels only — and they didn’t empty the trash, which I eventually had to do myself. The location is great, right by Copenhagen Central Station, but I would’ve preferred a quieter area. Also, there’s no air conditioning in the room, so you have to open the windows in summer, not ideal after a long day when you just want to rest. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, despite a few small inconveniences.
