My wife and I stayed here for two weeks, as the local coronavirus epidemic was just starting. I can't say enough good about the kindness, graciousness, and hard work of the owners and staff. It's a beautiful small hotel in a very walkable neighborhood, and they are taking the pandemic very seriously. The excellent small vegan restaurant in their courtyard has remained open for takeout and delivery with reduced hours, which has given me the chance to visit the hotel many times over the past few months, and to watch and discuss as they have prepared to reopen. They are committed to the health and well-being of both staff and guests, and I recommend them without hesitation.
This is our favorite hotel in Merida. We have stayed here more than 5 times. The owners and staff treat us like family. Their restaurant serves some of the best vegan food we've ever had with a different menu every night. The rooms are spacious and clean. The perfect place to come home to in the evening.
Great small family run hotel. Owners and staff friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and quiet. The restaurant is vegan and serve a great breakfast with excellent coffee. The evening meal, also vegan, has a different international offering each evening. The service is friendly and atmosphere casual. We will definitely return. J&S
