Hotel Medistone

We had a very disturbing and dangerous experience during our third stay at this hotel. One evening, a team hired by the hotel was flying a drone over the restaurant terrace without any warning or safety measures. During this, my young child ran out, and a woman from the team forcefully grabbed him by the arm and dragged him back inside — without our consent. My child was extremely frightened, had a panic reaction, and complained of arm pain. Even more shocking was the hotel manager’s reaction — instead of an apology, they justified this behavior, citing their own unsafe drone activity as the reason. This incident completely ruined our stay. Families with children should be very cautious when considering this hotel

They try to provide premium experience with premium price but not even close. Rooms are clean and they look nice but there is limited amount of sunlight. If you have the room with jakuzi, please now that your neighbours can see you clearly. Hotel charges for everything. They sell as private beach but it is a public beach where they put limited amount of sunbeds there and they charge you extra for it. Meaning if you want a sunbed you need to go early in the morning and register your name and pay at least 10 euro per sun bed per day. Pool is small, more kids playground. Restaurant options are limited around so you have to go with the same hotels restaurant menu every day. I think you can go to better places for this amount of money.

Hello, We have booked this hotel for 2 nights only. And the first morning that we have arrived, a forest above the hotel started to go on fire. ( its everywhere on the news etc) and the electricity went off aswell. We left as everybody else. And of course they dont want to give us refund even though they have promised that they will! Absolutely horrible behavior ! Croatia … what should we expect!
