Hotel Medo Köln

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel with our two dogs. We were charged an additional €20 for our dogs which we found acceptable. All staff were kind and happy to help. The room was a bit dated but had everything we needed. The mattress was very very comfortable and the duvet was pristine white and very puffy which we loved. The pillows were also perfect. The carpets are a bit old now but looked clean. There was plenty of parking spaces to park our car by the hotel. We were charged €19.50 for breakfast per person which we initially thought was an inflated price however when we received the breakfast we were very positively surprised. The buffet was closed because there was not enough guests having breakfast (to avoid food wastage which we appreciate) o we were worried that we will receive a small plate of food and this will be it. On the photo you can see there was lots of food which was presented beautifully and very tasty. So we do recommend getting breakfast here. The hotel let us be with our dogs in the breakfast area and did not ask us to sit outside which we also found very positive. Overall we are happy with our experience here and recommend you stay here.

the hotel was a very warm welcome, the hotel is very clean and has everything you need! they have a bar in the lobby, and sell breakfast (we don’t try unfortunately) the lobby and restaurant is nice and modern, lovely place to relax. the staff are always happy to help, our room was quite warm and a staff member called mohammed was so sweet, and brought us a fan to our room! we will be back for summer jam festival next year and will be staying at hotel medo again ! thank you all xox

We were on a city trip to Köln and stayed here. It has a nice family room with an adjacent children's room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. The service is professional, and you can ask anything. With the busses and train nearby, the city centre is close-by.
