Very good 3-night stay. I chose to stay in a room with a sauna and it was great once I’d figured out how to use it! The sauna area was spacious with a Bluetooth speaker and a lovely bath/shower in addition to the bathroom in the room. Without the sauna, the room would’ve been small (cramped if there’s two of you) and the bathroom is borderline tiny. Staff at reception were super friendly, and everything was very well organised with clear explanations in English.

Five star reception desk. Unfortunately, you can't even call down to reception from your room. No room phone and no number to call to reach reception. While spacious, the room tres very dark and yet there was a desk lamp which could not be turned off. Further, the blinds were impossible to operate, leaving a gloving light from outside the very small window serving to give what little day time light was available. Four star hotel? 2 star amenities and no lobby area for relaxation without ordering overpriced coffee or food. No break fast available.

We put the sign of ‘no disturb’ on the door, but found someone get in who turned off the room lights and took our extra towels but nothing lost. The toilet is just too small and u will not be able to close the shower curtain due to the two ways water tab, the aircon cannot adjust to cold, as it shows only hot condition so better open the window even it’s noisy outside. You are not allowed to ONLY buy coffee at Mei Cafe at the 1/F in the morning, only can take away even you are hotel guest that really makes me confusion even there is plenty of seats available unless you buy their sandwiches, a ridiculous rules and not fair to a paid room guest! I will never rent their room, first they are not cheap, second, the room is not great and typically clean, the space of this hotel is typically small as you need to bring all your belongings or luggage’s through the tiny cafe to a table of Reception, finally, the parking space around is limited that falls within small alleys, you may need to turn around to get one.
