Hotel Melodia

The hotel is clean, room was in perfect condition , the staff was really professional and on a high level of hospitality. What struck me the most these staff honesty after i left the hotel by almost one week i realized that i forgot one of my T shirts inside the wardrobe and when i contact them they immediately they checked the matter and on the next day they sent my t shirt back . All these went very smooth and in a kind way. Definitely I recommend this place for stay.

As a family of four, with children of 6 and 8 years, we found this hotel quite pleasing. The event was organised by Toastmasters Constanța and the choice was a good one. What I found as absurd that you can check-in only at 16:00 hours, but the personnel was nice and let us use the pool and the beach while our room was prepared. We have received it one hour before, anyway, it is absurd to check in that late. You receive a bracelet that guarantees your entrance at the pool and the beach. They have a private beach which is one of the best from the resort. The access to the beach is full of litter and need to walk through construction sites to get to the beach, but you can do it. The pool is very nice, especially for children, but as an adult you can soak up the sun and have fun with a beer or cocktail. They have entertainment programs like dancing lesssons or aqua gym all free for the guests. The room is quite small, but thew quality of the materials used is high. You also have a small balcony. The elevators are not well maintained. At the fifth floor, the panel was damaged and you had to be lucky to be able to call it. My son said that we are at a secret floor, as the number five from the panel inside the elevator was erased. The personnel is nice to the tourists (mosty of them are from Moldova) and they are detail oriented. The food is great, full 5 stars. The breakfast, lunch and dinner is very diverse and I am sure it will satisfy every taste.

Location is not really great, at travel time was mid September so everything was mostly closed. A lot of buildings under construction around make the scenery dull. Rooms and personnel was great and the food was decent. Overall a nice experience that probably will be better if buildings around are finished.
